All products are delivered electronically.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product in accordance with the applicable Theme License. Ownership is not transferred.

• resell our products as your own
• remove copyright notices where required
• use our products for unlawful purposes
• attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms
• infringe upon our intellectual property rights

11. Third-party software

Our products may include or integrate third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, icons, or open-source software.

Such components remain subject to their respective licenses. Yavi Themes does not claim ownership of third-party software.

12. Warranty disclaimer

13. Limitation of liability

• indirect, consequential or incidental damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the respective product.

15. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are not available after successful delivery except where required by applicable law or granted at our discretion in the cases listed in the Refund Policy.
